In the midst of lock-down 2021, I lead the production and promotional creative of this marquee brand event with thought leader Simon Sinek broadcast to an audience of 4,000+ attendees.

With a refreshed brand CVP centred around employee experience LiveTiles wanted to launch their new positioning with an authentic brand activation. The brief was to create an event of global appeal, one that would directly connect to a broad audience and deliver real impact with actionable best practice advice on employee experience in turbulent times.

To live up to LiveTiles’ brand promise of fostering connection this event gave attendees the chance to virtually converse with best-selling author and TedX thought leader Simon Sinek.
With the brand CVP focussed on the theme of connection we explored this as a conceptual motif through the event program, promotional creative, and event design.
Our host Holly Ransom moderated the event from a studio in Melbourne with Simon beaming in from his home in Los Angeles. We curated question from those submitted by registrants via video link or chat, with a questions from leaders in fortune 500 companies, indigenous students and frontline workers.
The broadcast assets we produced included studio screen design, motion packages, holding content, intro sequences and interstitials. With a complex mix of pre-recorded and live crosses we worked alongside a seasoned TV production crew who ensured the event streamed globally without a hitch.

With 25,0000 visits to our registration site, 8,000+ registrations and 4,000+ attendees we achieved our primary objective of brand building with ongoing value in lead generation. The audience sentiment was overwhelming positive with 75% of those surveyed saying they “Loved” the event and an overall audience rating a 4.42 out of 5. For our team to produce all of this while in the hardest/longest lock-down in the world, was testament to their character and creative ambition.
